You have 14 business days from the date you received your order to return all or part of the products you have purchased.
Please note that custom made hats (upon which you have negotiated and approved details of the design prior to manufacture) are not eligible for return.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, Monique Lee Millinery invites you to comply with these terms and conditions of return:
• Items must be sent with the return form completed with the return authorisation number provided by Monique Lee Millinery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging. When trying on your hat, please avoid leaving any marks that may degrade the product.
Monique Lee Millinery reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any products that do not fulfil these terms and conditions of return and to return them to the client where applicable.
To ensure your return is processed as efficiently as possible, please follow the procedure below:
1. Contact the Customer Service by email: firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return, mentioning your order reference, and the items you wish to return.
2. Your return authorisation number will be sent to you by email. Indicate this number on the return form that was enclosed with the original package shipped.
3. Place the entire products, with tags still attached and intact, in their original packaging, and enclose the completed return form.
4. Remember, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We recommend you return your order using a secure, trackable service, and that you insure the package up to the value of your item. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.
5. Upon receipt of your return package, our quality department will check that the return is compliant with the criteria for acceptance. If so we will issue a refund of your products and initial shipping costs within 3-5 days of receipt of your return package at our warehouse.
• Refunds are proceeded in accordance with the method of payment and currency used for the purchase.
• We will proceed with a refund for the item you returned as soon as possible after we receive it. Depending on the bank, your account will be credited within 7-10 working days.
