We offer a UK standard service and a standard International service. 

Each item purchased will incur a separate delivery charge.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard delivery service costs £xx.xx, or £xx.xx if you would like us to include a nice hatbox.

Deliveries are made by UPS, and someone will need to be in to sign for your delivery.

Items will be packed safely and securely in a strong cardboard box however, in case of damage in transit, we automatically include insurance cover up to the value of your item.

You can track the progress of your delivery using the link that’s provided in your order confirmation email. Please note; it may take up to two working days for the first status to become available on the order tracking system.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Our international standard delivery service cost varies depending upon your location, please contact us for an exact price. If you would like us to include a nice hatbox, please let us know (there will be a small additional charge).

Should your order be subject to customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office to check potential charges before you order, so you’re not surprised with unexpected charges.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your package using the link supplied in your order confirmation email. Should you have any questions about its progress, please contact UPS in the first instance as they will be best placed to inform you of the status of your delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within your expected time, or if you’re not satisfied with the information you’ve been provided, please email our Customer Care team who’ll be ready to help.

If you suspect that your item has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the box, the packaging, and the item as you are unpacking it. This will help when making a claim.
